Below you will find the application process to volunteer with Wi-Ne-Ma Christian Camp. Each step must be followed to volunteer. All steps should be completed as soon as possible or no later than two weeks prior to camp starting.
If you are a church bringing several volunteers, please note that every volunteer you are bringing must go through this process. If you have any questions or need guidance through the registration process, contact the camp office.

STEP 1
Camp/Conference Director's Approval
Every volunteer must first be screened by the director of the camp or conference they wish to serve at. Using the contacts linked below, reach out to the camp director, or to the conference registrar, who can put you in touch with the conference director. Additionally, we have Summer Leadership Training happening May 3-5 at Wi-Ne-Ma. If you are planning to in any capacity at summer camp, we invite you to attend this training weekend!
STEP 2
Register for the Camp or Conference
AFTER you've talked to the director of the camp or conference in which you're interested, register for that event.

Complete Volunteer Requirements
Every event volunteer staff must pass two reviews to work with minors:

Both of those are made available to you via email from the camp office once you've registered. If you are a minor, there is one additional step for you. Please fill out the minor release form below and email it to [email protected] before completing the background check process.
