Step Four:
Background Check
Please follow the link to submit your information and give approval for ordering a background check.
Returning Staff Members: If your background check was completed in 2018, you need to have a new one completed for this camping season. If done in 2019, it will need to be renewed in 2022, or if done in 2020, it will need to be renewed in 2023. If you are not sure about your status, please submit a new application.
If you are under age 18: Please download and print the release form for your parent/guardian to sign. We cannot process your background check until the release has been submitted. Please send it to the Camp Office as soon as possible so we may move forward with your application. You will also need to apply for the background check using the link below. Those age 18 and older do not need to send a release form.

Step Five: Video Training
Child Abuse Awareness
An email link to this Child Abuse Awareness Video Training will be sent to you by "Protect My Ministry" (the company that does the background checks). This training is in addition to the Orientation and Volunteer Training. Please allow up to 7 days for the link to be sent, as your background check must be processed first. You may need to check your email's "Spam" folder if you don't see it in your inbox.
This training must be completed every year, even for returning staff members who were eligible to skip step four above. Please watch your email in the week following your application submission for the link.
