Below you will find the application process to volunteer with Wi-Ne-Ma Christian Camp. Each step must be followed to volunteer. All steps should be completed as soon as possible or no later than two weeks prior to camp starting.
If you are a church bringing several volunteers, please note that every volunteer you are bringing must go through this process.

Step One:
Gain the Camp/Conference Director's approval.
Every volunteer must first be screened by the director of the camp or conference they wish to serve at. Using the contacts linked below, reach out to the camp director, or to the conference registrar, who can put you in touch with the conference director.
Step Two:
Register for the Camp or Conference You've Been Approved to Serve At.
Once you've talked to the director of your camp or conference, go ahead and sign up!

Step Three:
Complete the 2 Volunteer Requirements
Every volunteer must complete a background check and undergo a Child Safety Training. Both of those are made available to you via Planning Center once you've registered. If you are a minor, there is one additional step for you. Please fill out the minor release form below and email it to winema@winema.org before completing the background check process.
