Check-in is required upon arrival
Registration is held in the Missions Building - Building 1 or first building on the left after entering the Camp Gate.

What if I want to register more than one person?
A family registration includes an adult individual or couple, and their children or grandchildren who are under 18. Adult children must register separately. The number of people you should count in your registration should include the number of people in your family over the age of seven, regardless of where they are staying.
Can a minor register without an adult?
Persons 18 years of age or under unaccompanied by a parent or guardian must have written assignment of responsibility from a parent or guardian to an adult sponsor in resident attendance at the Camp or Conference in session.
can i bring my pet?
We do not allow dogs or other pets to be brought to our conferences. If you have more questions, please contact our front office at [email protected].
Are there things i should not bring?
Firearms, fireworks, bicycles, roller blades, scooters, alcoholic beverages, tobacco, and illegal drugs are all not permitted at camp. Please be mindful of the close community setting of these Conferences and be considerate of your neighbors.
How do I calculate my fees?
The cost for these conferences varies according to the number of people over the age of 7 in your family and the type of housing (Camp Housing, RV, Tent, Off-site) chosen. If you have more questions, feel free to contact our front office at [email protected].
What if i need to cancel?
Please notify us if you are unable to attend the Conference for which you have registered. If notification is received prior to start of registration we will refund all but $50 of your paid fees. If you do not notify us before registration begins, there will be NO REFUND.
