What if I want to register more than one person?
A family registration includes an adult individual or couple, and their children or grandchildren who are under 18. Adult children must register separately. The number of people you should count in your registration should include the number of people in your family six years and older, regardless of where they are staying.
Can a minor register without an adult?
Persons under 18 years of age unaccompanied by a parent or guardian must have a written note stating to whom the youth will be responsible while at the conference in session
can i bring my pet?
We do not allow any pets or emotional support animals on camp grounds. We do allow trained service dogs with documentation. If you have more questions, please contact our office at [email protected].
Are there things i should not bring?
Firearms, fireworks, bicycles, roller blades, scooters, alcoholic beverages, tobacco, and illegal drugs are all not permitted at camp. Please be mindful of the close community setting of our Conferences and be considerate of your neighbors.
How do I calculate my fees?
The cost for our conferences varies according to the number of people in your family, the type of lodging (Camp Housing, RV, Tent, Off-site) and number of meals in our dining hall. If you have more questions, feel free to contact our office at [email protected].
What if i need to cancel?
Please notify us immediately if you are unable to attend a conference -- we often have other guests waiting to register. If notification is received prior to one week before the conference, we will refund all but $50 of your paid fees. If we are not notified before registration begins, there will be NO REFUND.
