Criminal History

It is a Camp Policy that all workers (volunteer and employed staff) be checked for any criminal history with a regional information service.

I authorize investigation of all statements herein and release the Camp and all others from liability in connection with same. I understand that, if employed, I will be an at-will employee and that any agreement to the contrary must be in writing and signed by the Manager of the Camp. I also understand that untrue, misleading, or omitted information herein may result in dismissal regardless of the time of discovery by the Camp.

Should my application be accepted, I agree to cooperate fully with the Manager of Wi-Ne-Ma Christian Camp, Inc., and to refrain from unscriptural conduct in the performance of my services on behalf of the Camp. I also state that I will release and hold harmless; Wi-Ne-Ma Christian Camp, Inc., its Manager and Staff (be they paid or volunteer) from any liability for any damages, injury, illness, loss, of any nature, and of any kind, while participating in Camp.
