Missionaries
Lowell
Hunefeld
New Missions Systems, International
Lowell and his wife Blanche joined New Missions Systems International in 2003 after 17 years as missionaries in Southeastern Brazil ministering in church planting and leadership development. While in Brazil, Blanche worked with women’s ministries and intercessory prayer ministries.
By 2003, working in partnership with national leaders, a mother church was planted in Sao Paulo (with 500+ meeting in its own worship and training facility and in 20+ cell groups throughout the city). In addition, a daughter church was planted in 2003 that continues to thrive.
Lowell serves with NMSI as Director of Mobilization, which includes facilitating strategic church planting partnerships between churches in the U.S. and around the world. As an outgrowth of this ministry, in June 2005 the Brazilian church sent their first cross-cultural missionary to an area in the Pacific in partnership with NMSI and two U.S. churches. Lowell also provides missions resourcing to local churches, and he serves as Field Advisor for NMSI personnel in Brazil, Germany, and Estonia.
Tim and Heather Miller
Christian Missionary Fellowship
Ukraine
In L’viv, Ukraine Tim and Heather Miller are “up to their ears” in small group ministry and discipleship opportunities. Directly leading a Bible study, overseeing other groups (with 85 people, guiding the leadership of these groups, teaching baptism preparation classes, and discipling two men for ministry keeps Tim pretty busy on a weekly basis. But they are seeing results as Ukrainian Christians have made a leap in their understanding of leadership and discipleship. The Millers also take great joy in counseling married couples and those about to get married. They are asking prayer as they identify the team that will plant a new church next year.
Chad
Entinger
Executive Director
Deaf Missions
Chad Entinger was born August 18, 1975, in Edina,
Minnesota. Chad became Deaf at the age of 16 months due to Spinal
Meningitis. Chad was ordained for Christian ministry work by the Howard
Lake Christian Church on April 23, 2006. Chad’s main goals in ministry
are similar to Deaf Missions: To share the good news of Jesus Christ
with Deaf people, primarily through preparing and distributing Bible
visuals for the Deaf; to train Christians to minister with the Deaf; and
serve the Lord through personal work among Deaf people.

Mashoko/Hippo Valley Christian Mission
Zimbabwe
Mashoko/Hippo Christian Mission is located in South Africa in the country of Zimbabwe. John and Marjorie Pemberton were instrumental in its founding and development. Following John's death, his sons Bob and Mark and their families carry on the Lord's work. In a country physically, economically, and politically deteriorating, the Mission experiences more victories for Jesus and many God-given opportunities to serve Him. They have established Christian schools, orphanages and hospitals to battle an AIDS epidemic. Their ministry has made steady growth and had expanded into Mozambique where people are eagerly responding to the Gospel.
