The family and adult
conferences consist of
Christian Heritage Conference, Hispanic Family
Camp,
Week of Missions, Family Bible Conference, and
Septemberfest. These Conferences seek to address various needs and
issues relevant to the Christian Church. The program for each
Conference is planned by a program committee.
NO TENT IN 2008! The spring Windchime anticipated that we would begin
construction on the new Missions Building during the summer. Since that
went to the printer we revised our schedule to delay demolition of the
Missions Building until after Family Bible Conference. We will still be
in the present Missions Building for the 2008 family conferences.

Conference Policies and Information
Notice how housing or lodging fees are determined. They are now part of the total price if you are staying on the grounds. There is not a separate fee for RV spaces, tent sites, or camp housing. It is included in the Conference fee. You will be asked, however, to indicate if you are staying in an RV, tent, or camp housing. Please contact the Camp Office (503) 392-3362 or the registrar for specific housing information and availability.
Family/Group Definition: Count in your group or family the number of those age 7 and older who are staying together in the same lodging (in the same room, RV, or tent). It may be multi-generational or just friends if you are all staying together in one place on the grounds. Have one person register, but please include all names on your registration form.
Lodging Explanations: Wi-Ne-Ma Christian Camp offers a variety of housing options, from RV and tent camping to staying in the Lodges. Housing is assigned by the registrar for the specific conference. The Conference fees include RV, Tent, or Camp Housing. Contact the Conference Registrar for availability of specific lodging.
Housing can consist of RV, Tents, or Camp Housing.
Camp Housing is assigned by the registrar for the Conference on a first-come, first-served basis at the Registrar’s discretion. Camping sites for RV’s and Tents are also assigned at the Registrar’s discretion.Check in is required upon arrival
. Registration is at the office of Patience Hall.Minor Persons 18 years of age or under unaccompanied by parent or guardian must have written assignment of responsibility from parent or guardian to an adult sponsor in resident attendance at the Camp or Conference in session.
What to Bring: If you are staying in camp housing you will need to bring your own bedding and towels. Most of the lodges have bunk beds, so the mattresses are a little smaller than twin size. Sleeping bags work great. A few individual rooms have queen size beds. Check with the registrar for the conference to determine which style beds you will have. You should also bring clothes to dress for cool, sometimes damp, coastal weather. Even in August a warm jacket that can turn the wind and rain is helpful.
Please Do Not Bring: Dogs and other pets, firearms, fireworks, bicycles, roller blades, scooters, alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs. Be mindful of the close community setting of these Conferences and be considerate of your neighbors.
Contact the Camp Office (503) 392-3362 with questions or concerns or go to www.winema.org for more information.
Register by Mail:
Simply mail us your completed registration form with Full Payment or $100 registration deposit.Register Online: Click here to register online. When you register online, you will need to pay the full price (no deposit options). But, if paid in full before the deadlines the discounts will be applied and the difference refunded to your card.
Cancellations : Please notify us if you are unable to attend the Conference for which you have registered. If notification is received prior to start of registration we will refund all but $30 of your paid fees. If you do not notify us before registration begins, there will be NO REFUND. At least $100 must be received with this registration form to hold your place in Camp.
