Bible Lecturer - Mark Krause

Mark Krause, Bible Lecturer Week of Missions 2012Mark is the Academic Dean and Professor of Bible and Ministry at Nebraska  Christian College. Dr. Krause comes from a background in both the academic world and church ministry. He is a long-term writer for Standard Publishing and for the Christian Standard. He is the co-author of a commentary of the Gospel of John and a consulting editor for the Stone-Campbell Journal. He plays the violin and enjoys classical music.

Chris is the Director of Missions and Professor of Missions and New Testament at Ozark Christian College. He will focus on the importance of leadership development.

Wallace and Mary are Kenyans who established Missions of Hope International.  They serve the urban poor in Nairobi through child sponsorship, schools, community health evangelism, microfinance and AIDS ministry.

Dr. Paul McAlister is with Pioneer Bible Translators in the area of member care. He will talk about what churches can do to care for missionaries and also discuss some of the current issues in bio-medical ethics.

Joe Garman is president of American Rehabilitation Ministries. ARM Prison Outreach is an arm of the church to help fulfill the biblical mandate of Jesus, "I was in prison and you came to visit me," Matt 25:36, NIV. Our specialized programs are designed to proclaim the love and message of Jesus to the incarcerated, help lead them into a saving and personal relationship with the Savior, build them up in the faith, and equip them for a lifetime of faithful service in the Lord’s Kingdom.
